About Whizply

Whizply is an AI-powered job search platform. It matches people to jobs they are a real fit for, tailors resumes without making anything up, and helps them learn the skills to get there. You will work directly with the founding team, at an early stage.

The role

A hands-on growth and marketing role across content, social media, user growth, partnerships and startup outreach. You will help take Whizply from an early product to a platform people know and use.

What you will do

• Turn Whizply's features and use cases into LinkedIn blogs, posts and short videos for Instagram and X.
• Run and grow our LinkedIn, Instagram and X accounts with a consistent brand voice.
• Find and test ways to bring in users from India, the US, UK, Canada and the UAE, including referral partnerships and small paid campaigns.
• Reach out to recruiters, HR professionals, creators and career communities.
• Research accelerators, investors, mentors, cloud-credit programs and launch platforms such as Product Hunt, and help prepare pitch decks.
• Track outreach and campaigns, and share a short weekly update.

Who should apply

• Students, recent graduates or early-career people interested in AI, startups or marketing.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• You enjoy writing, making short videos and trying new things on social media.
• You take ownership and work well on your own. Canva, ChatGPT or video editing skills are a plus.

You do not need to be an expert in every area. We value curiosity, execution, creativity, and a willingness to learn.
